Any elder may call special meetings of the elders at any time. Special meetings of the elders shall be held upon four (4) days’ written notice, or twenty-four (24) hour verbal notice. If all elders are not notified then a special meeting shall not take place. Notice shall be addressed or delivered to each elder in person or to such elder’s contact information contained in the records of the church or as may have been given to the church by the elder for such purpose of notice.
